I found these screen prints will looking on the sustainable craft and print blog http://www.loveandthrift.com/. The designer is Kate Banazi from Australia, she uses water based inks to print they are friendly to the environment. The layering of the prints is wonderful they look like they are digitally printed. Thread Accessories

Brilliant Idea

Some of the best work I find on the internet does not have a name put with it. I found this mystery designer on Flikr. I think this is a fabulous idea and a great use of an old jumper and would work wonderfully as an embellishment for a coat or bag. Smocking is beautiful

Whilst searching for designers that use craft techniques within their work I stumbled across the Designer Tinctory. Her use of the old craft technique of smocking is mesmerizing.
